Convenient location with Jordan MTR station access at the doorstep. Excellent water pressure in neat and comfortable upgraded rooms. Friendly and helpful concierge service. Consistent services in secured and clean environment. Great seafood buffet on Sundays with attentive staff.

The front desk staff at Prudential Hotel were accommodating and made sure all our needs were taken care of. We were kinda surprised when they upgraded our room to a suite after our luggage was lost by the airline. The modern twist on room amenities, such as the working USB outlets on the office desk, added a nice touch. The location of the hotel near the MTR station was convenient for exploring the city. Despite a few minor drawbacks, overall I would highly recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at a hotel above a small shopping mall with connection to the Jordan train station. The location was fantastic, with Prudential Centre across the street and only a 3-minute walk to Park Lane Shopper’s Boulevard and Temple Street Night Market. There were plenty of Cha Chaan Tengs and restaurants nearby. The room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The convenient location made it easy for us to explore the city and access various tourist attractions. a great experience at Prudential!

The location of this hotel couldn't be more convenient. It is situated right on top of the Jordan MTR station, making it incredibly easy to navigate the city. Additionally, the bus stop for the A21, which goes directly to the airport, is right next to the hotel. This saves a lot of time and hassle when arriving or departing.

The Wi-Fi at this hotel was quite slow and the signals were weak. This was a bit frustrating, especially for business travelers who rely heavily on internet communication.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location was superb, with the hotel being situated in a mall that provided easy access to the metro. This made it extremely convenient for us to explore the city and visit all the attractions we wanted to see. Great location: The hotel is located in a prime area with easy access to attractions and public transportation. It is convenient and saves a lot of travel time.

Poor wifi access: The wifi in the hotel was not reliable and had a weak signal. It was frustrating trying to connect to the internet, and I ended up using my phone most of the time.

We loved this place! It's located in a mall, which made it so easy to access the metro and different stores. The staff was very attentive, providing room service and wake up calls. The room amenities were great, including an ironing board and free toiletries. The terrace provided a great view of the area and the free Wi-Fi was a huge plus. The leisure swimming pool and jacuzzi were perfect for a relaxing day here.

During our stay in the city, we found a great hotel to base ourselves in. The location was perfect, being right beside the MTR station and bus stop A21 which we took from the airport, making it really easy to explore everything on Hong Kong island. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were really helpful. The breakfast was great, with a variety of options to choose from. Even though there was a bit of traffic noise at night, it didn't really bother us too much. it was a fantastic value for money stay.

We did find some difficulty with the pre-authorisation credit card process, which took a bit longer than expected.

We loved the spacious rooms with darkening panels that allowed for a good night's sleep. The hotel's location on top of the subway made transportation around this city effortless. We also enjoyed how close it was to a variety of stores and restaurants, and the breakfast buffet had plenty of decent quality choices. The hotel staff provided excellent service, from the reception desk to housekeeping.

Great location in the heart of the city, making it easy to access various restaurants and shopping centers. Reasonable wifi provided, convenient for staying connected during the trip. The staff provided good guidance and insight on how to navigate through the city safely during the protests.

The beds were a bit small and soft for my liking, which affected my overall comfort. The toiletries provided were not as advertised and misleading.
